Who is on the other end of this thing.
AOS is a product from Mario Costanz. Thirty years as an entrepreneur, a member of EO and PEF, formerly Hampton. In AI since the month after ChatGPT launched, when he shipped his first AI product.
Member, PEF.
Former member, Hampton.
30 years a founder.
In AI since 2022.
I have been a founder for thirty years. Software, services, consumer, B2B. The one thing I learned across all of it: the founder is the constraint long before the market is.
I built my first AI product the month after ChatGPT launched. Since then I have watched founders try to bolt agents onto broken operating cadences and wonder why nothing shipped. The agents were not the problem. The cadence was.
AOS is the operating cadence I wish I had when I was running my earlier companies. Departments. Specialist roles. Missions with acceptance criteria. Approval points that keep risky moves from shipping without me. Operating memory that gets sharper, not noisier, over time.
If you are running a founder-led company between one and a hundred million in revenue and you are tired of being the routing department, this is for you. If not, I respect your time and yours respects mine.
Founder, AOS
AOS is an independent product.
AOS stands for The Agentic Operating System. We are independent and self-funded. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by EO, YPO, Vistage, Hampton, PEF, TAB, Pavilion, Summit, EOS Worldwide, or the publishers of any operating book we name.
We work with founder-led companies between one and a hundred million in revenue. We are not building for everyone. We are building for the founders our founder is already in groups with.
