Goal hierarchy
Work has a parent. Every mission rolls up to a campaign. Every campaign rolls up to a quarterly goal. The weekly target is what gets reviewed on Friday. Agents do not chase tickets in a vacuum. They chase the thing the founder said matters this quarter.

Specialist roles
Every role has a written job description, an acceptance bar, and a clear set of inputs. You delegate to a role, not a prompt. If the work is missed, you know which role missed it.
The mission system
You write a one-line priority. The CEO agent turns it into a mission with goals, non-goals, owners, evidence required, and acceptance criteria. Department leads pick it up and route to specialists. Nothing starts before the brief is clear.
Two-pass planning
Agents do not jump into execution. The first pass is a founder brief. You confirm. The second pass is a real operating plan with PRDs, roles, sequencing. Only then does work start. The two passes are why agents do not produce confident garbage at speed.
Approval points
Money. Public claims. Customer data. System changes. Audit trail. Five categories of action that wait for your sign-off, every time. Everything else ships overnight.
Self-review loop
Before any output reaches your dashboard, the builder reviews their own work. QA tests against the acceptance bar. A reviewer with the right department lens reads the result. Security scans for anything that crosses a boundary. Most obvious flaws die in this loop, not in your inbox.

Every decision is captured with its reason. Every blocker remembers what unblocked it last time. Every gate decision is logged with who and why. The next time something similar comes up, the system already knows. You do not re-explain.
