Terms of use.
Plain English version: you pay $1,000 to install AOS. If you are one of the first 100 Founding Founders, your first month of hosted maintenance is included. After that, $100 a month, or pay $900 up front for the year and save $300. We do not own your operating memory. We do not retrain models on your data. You can pause monthly anytime. Fees already paid stay with the work already delivered.

What you are buying
A private AOS instance provisioned with eight departments and sixty-one specialist agent roles, plus the orchestration, evidence trail, and operating memory that make them useful. License granted on payment of the install fee.

What you are paying
A one-time $1,000 install fee. For the first 100 Founding Founders only, the install fee includes the first month of hosted maintenance. After the first month (or after install if you are install #101 or later), the hosted maintenance line is $100 per month, pausable at any time. An optional one-time annual upsell of $900 covers twelve months and saves you $300 versus monthly. Token usage is separate, billed via Stripe to your method on file at the rates you agreed to at provisioning.

What we do not promise
We do not promise specific business outcomes. We do not promise that agents will produce work indistinguishable from a senior human. We provide a framework, an orchestration layer, and a self-review loop. Results depend on the priorities you put through it.
04.
What you agree not to do
You agree not to use AOS to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, send spam, or impersonate anyone. Standard SaaS prohibitions apply. Specific prohibited use cases listed in the full terms.
05.
Termination
You can pause your hosted line any month. You can cancel and export your data anytime. Because your instance is provisioned and your operating memory begins building on day one, and because the hosted line covers infrastructure running on your behalf, fees already paid stay with the work already delivered rather than being prorated back. We can suspend accounts that violate the prohibited-use list, with notice except where law requires otherwise.
06.
Liability
Standard SaaS limitation. Aggregate liability capped at fees paid in the prior twelve months. Excludes gross negligence and willful misconduct.
07.
Independence
AOS is independent. Not affiliated with EO, YPO, Vistage, Hampton, PEF, TAB, Pavilion, Summit, EOS Worldwide, or the publishers of any operating book named on this site.
